# The Statutory Paternity Pay (Amendment) Regulations 2024, Regulation 2: Citation, commencement and extent


Parts 1, 2 and 5 come into force on 8th March 2024 and Parts 3 and 4 come into force immediately after Parts 1, 2 and 5 have come into force.
