  "long_title": "These Regulations, which come into force on 14th November 2010, amend the Statutory Payment Schemes (Electronic Communications) Regulations 2002 (S.I 2002/3047) (the “principal Regulations”). The principal Regulations provide for the delivery by electronic means of information in respect of statutory payments and the making of payments in connection with those forms of statutory pay either to or by the Commissioners for Her Majesty’s Revenue and Customs. Under the principal Regulations, statutory payments included statutory maternity pay, statutory paternity pay and statutory adoption pay.",
