# The Statutory Payment Schemes (Electronic Communications) (Amendment) Regulations 2010, Regulation 3: Amendment to the Statutory Payment Schemes (Electronic Communications) Regulations 2002


In regulation 1(2) in the definition of “the statutory payments” for “statutory paternity pay” substitute “ordinary statutory paternity pay, additional statutory paternity pay”.
