TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Coming into force 6th April 1991

The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 9(1), (3) and (6), 26(1) and 47 of the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982^f1, section 22(3A) of the Social Security Act 1989^f2 and section 3(3) of the Statutory Sick Pay Act 1991^f3 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, by this instrument, which contains only regulations made consequent upon the Statutory Sick Pay Act 1991, hereby makes the following Regulations:
