  "text": "An Act to remove the right of employers other than small employers to recover sums paid by them by way of statutory sick pay; to enable the Secretary of State to make further provision by order as to the recovery of such sums; and for connected purposes.\n[10th February 1994]\nBe it enacted by the Queen’s most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Lords Spiritual and Temporal, and Commons, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—",
