  "heading": "Citation, commencement, financial provision and extent.",
  "text": "(1) This Act may be cited as the Statutory Sick Pay Act 1994.\n(2) Section 1 comes into force on 6th April 1994; and the other provisions of this Act come into force on Royal Assent.\n(3) There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament any expenses incurred by a Minister of the Crown or the Commissioners of Inland Revenue in consequence of this Act.\n(4) Section 4 and this section (except subsection (3)) extend to Northern Ireland, but otherwise this Act does not extend there.",
