TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

The Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 3(4A)(b) and (5), 26(1) and (3) and 47 of, and paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 to, the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982f1(a), and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals to make these Regulations should not be referred to itf2(b), hereby makes the following Regulations:
