Regulation 4 Meaning of “earnings”

In regulation 17 of the General Regulations (meaning of earnings) —

(a)

in paragraph (2), sub-paragraph (f) is revoked, and

(b)

in paragraph (3), after sub-paragraph (g) there shall be added the following sub-paragraph —

“(h)

any sum payable by way of statutory maternity pay under Part V of the Social Security Act 1986, including sums payable in accordance with regulations made under section 46(8)(b) of that Act.”.
