  "text": "TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT\nMade 9th March 1984\nLaid before Parliament 26th March 1984\nComing into Operation 16th April 1984\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 5(5), 6(1), 26(1) and 47 of the Social Security and Housing Benefits Act 1982 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, the Social Security Advisory Committee having agreed that proposals to make these regulations should not be referred to it, hereby makes the following regulations:—",
