# The Statutory Sick Pay (General) Amendment Regulations 1986, Regulation 2: Linking periods of incapacity for work


The following regulation shall be inserted after regulation 2 of the principal regulations:—
““Linking periods of incapacity for work
2A In subsection (3) of section 2 of the 1982 Act (linking periods of incapacity for work), 8 weeks shall be substituted for 2 weeks.”.
