  "text": "In regulation 6 of the principal regulations—\n(a) in paragraph (1), the words “or tax year” shall be revoked;\n(b) in paragraph (3), the number “28” shall be substituted for “8”; and\n(c) paragraphs (4) and (5) shall be revoked.",
