TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT

Made 4th December 1996

Laid before Parliament 11th December 1996

Coming into force 6th April 1997

The Secretary of State for Social Security in exercise of powers conferred by sections 130(4), 189(1) to (3) and 191 of the Social Security Administration Act 1992^f1 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals to make these Regulations should not be referred to it^f2, hereby makes the following Regulations:
