  "text": "TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT\nMade 11th March 1986\nLaid before Parliament 14th March 1986\nComing into Operation 6th April 1986\nThe Secretary of State for Social Services, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 32(6) of the Social Security Act 1985, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, by this instrument, which contains regulations which the Secretary of State considers it necessary or expedient to make in connection with the coming into force of a relevant provision of the aforesaid Act of 1985, namely section 18, and which are made before the expiry of 6 months commencing with the coming into force of that section, makes the following regulations:—",
