Article 5 Repeals and revocations

Subject to the savings made by regulations under section 159A(4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992^f1—

(a)

sections 158 and 159 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 shall be repealed; and

(b)

the Statutory Sick Pay (Compensation of Employers) and Miscellaneous Provisions Regulations 1983^f2 and the Statutory Sick Pay (Small Employers' Relief) Regulations 1991^f3 shall be revoked.
