  "text": "In this Act—\n“group undertaking” has the meaning given by section 1161(5) of the Companies Act 2006;\n“relevant person”, in relation to an undertaking, has the meaning given by section 2(8);\n“shadow director” has the meaning given by section 251 of the Companies Act 2006;\n“specified assets”, in relation to a notice given under section 2, means the assets specified in that notice;\n“steel undertaking” has the meaning given by section 1;\n“undertaking” has the meaning given by section 1161(1) of the Companies Act 2006.",
