Article 30 Apparatus and rights of statutory undertakers in closed streets and rights of way

Where a street or rights of way is altered or diverted or its use is temporarily prohibited or restricted under article 8 (street works), article 10 (power to alter layout, etc., of streets) or article 12 (temporary closure of streets and public rights of way) any statutory undertaker whose apparatus is under, in, on, along or across the street has the same powers and rights in respect of that apparatus, subject to Schedule 10 (protective provisions), as if this Order had not been made.
