Paragraph 101

The undertaker must give to West Burton not less than 28 days’ written notice of its intention to commence the construction of the specified works and, not more than 14 days after completion of their construction, must give West Burton written notice of the completion.

The undertaker is not required to comply with paragraph 103 or sub-paragraph (1) in a case of emergency, but in that case it must give to West Burton notice as soon as is reasonably practicable, and in addition to that notice a plan, section and description of those works as soon as reasonably practicable subsequently, and must comply with paragraph 103 in so far as is reasonably practicable in the circumstances.
