# The Steeple Renewables Project Order 2026, Paragraph 151: Protective works to buildings


The undertaker, in the case of the powers conferred by article 16 (protective works to buildings), must not exercise those powers so as to obstruct or render less convenient the access to any buildings without the written consent of UKAEA.
