Paragraph 157 Co-operation

The undertaker and UKAEA must each act in good faith and use reasonable endeavours to co- operate with and provide assistance to each other as may be required to give effect to the provisions of this Part.

For the avoidance of doubt whenever UKAEA’s consent, agreement or approval is required in relation to plans, documents or other information submitted by the undertaker or the taking of action by the undertaker, it must not be unreasonably withheld or delayed.
