# The Steeple Renewables Project Order 2026, Paragraph 159: Arbitration


Any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and UKAEA under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and UKAEA, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 38 (arbitration).
