Paragraph 11 Operational environmental management plan (OEMP)

(1)

No phase of the authorised development can commence until an OEMP prepared in accordance with the outline OEMP for that phase has been submitted to and approved by the local planning authority in consultation with the Environment Agency on matters related to its functions.

(2)

The OEMP must include details of—

(a)

nuisance management including measures to avoid or minimise the impacts of operational works (covering dust, noise, lighting and vibration);

(b)

associated traffic movements, including delivery vehicles and staff operation/vehicle movements;

(c)

detailed operational drainage plan; and

(d)

measures for the replacement of damaged solar panels.

(3)

The OEMP must be implemented in accordance with the scheme as approved pursuant to sub-paragraph (1) and the implemented measures thereafter maintained throughout the operation of the relevant part of the authorised development to which the plan relates in accordance with the OEMP.
