# The Steeple Renewables Project Order 2026, Paragraph 12: Fire risk management plan (FRMP)


(1) Work No. 2 must not commence until a FRMP is submitted to and approved by the local planning authority in consultation with the Environment Agency and the Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service on matters related to their functions.
(2) The submitted FRMP must either be in accordance with the outline FRMP or otherwise detail such changes as the undertaker considers are required.
(3) The FRMP must be implemented in accordance with the scheme as approved pursuant to sub-paragraph (1) and the implemented measures thereafter maintained throughout the construction, maintenance, operation and decommissioning of the authorised development in accordance with the FRMP.
