  "text": "(1) Subject to sub-paragraph (2), no construction works are to take place except between the hours of—\n(a) 07:00 to 18:00 Monday to Friday; and\n(b) 08:00 to 13:30 on Saturday.\n(2) The following works are permitted outside the hours referred to in sub-paragraph (1)—\n(a) Delivery of abnormal loads;\n(b) Cable works where situated within a public highway;\n(c) Trenchless cable construction works, including horizontal directional drilling activities;\n(d) emergency works; and\n(e) works which do not cause noise that is audible at the boundary of the Order limits.\n(3) Any emergency works carried out under sub-paragraph (2)(a) must be notified to the local planning authority within 72 hours of their commencement.",
