# The Steeple Renewables Project Order 2026, Paragraph 3: Detailed design approval


(1) No phase of the authorised development can commence until details of—
(a) the layout;
(b) scale;
(c) proposed finished ground levels;
(d) external appearance;
(e) hard surfacing materials;
(f) vehicular and pedestrian access, parking and circulation areas;
(g) refuse or other storage units, signs and lighting;
(h) drainage, water, power and communications cables and pipelines; and
(i) programme for landscaping works,
relating to that phase have been submitted to and approved in writing by the local planning authority in consultation with the highway authority and street authority in relation to sub-paragraph (1)(f).
(2) The details submitted must accord with the—
(a) site location plan;
(b) works plans;
(c) outline design principles; and
(d) details under requirements 6 (landscape and ecological management plan), 17 (fencing and other means of enclosure), 18 (surface and foul water drainage) and 19 (archaeology) of this Schedule.
(3) The authorised development must be carried out in accordance with the approved details.
