# The Stipendiary Magistrates (Scotland) Order 2010, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 8th April 2010
Laid before the Scottish Parliament 12th April 2010
Coming into force 4th May 2010
The Scottish Ministers make the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 74(9) and (10) of the Criminal Proceedings etc. (Reform) (Scotland) Act 2007 and all other powers enabling them to do so.
