  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations amend the Stock Transfer (Gilt-edged Securities) (Exempt Transfer) Regulations 1985, which provide for the transfer of gilt-edged securities through the computer-based system known as the CGO Service established by the Bank of England and The International Stock Exchange, by substituting a reference to Thames Water Utilities Limited for the existing reference to The Thames Water Authority in the list of specified securities which may be so transferred.",
