  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nProvision is made in the Stock Transfer Act 1982 for permitting the transfer in certain cases of specified securities through the medium of a computer-based system established by the Bank of England and The Stock Exchange. Such a system. known as the CGO service, has been established. This Order specifies further securities, in addition to those listed in Schedule 1 to the Stock Transfer Act, to which the provision of the Act may apply.",
