  "long_title": "Section 1 of the Stock Transfer Act 1982 enables provision to be made for permitting the transfer in certain cases of specified securities through the medium of a computer-based system to be established by the Bank of England and The Stock Exchange. Such a system, known as the CGO Service, has been established. This Order adds securities issued and registered in the United Kingdom by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development to the list of specified securities in Schedule 1 to the Stock Transfer Act which may be permitted to be transferred through the CGO service.",
