  "text": "The undertaker and the Company may, subject to compliance with the terms of the concession agreement, enter into, and carry into effect, agreements for the transfer to the undertaker of—\n(a) any HS1 property shown on the works plans or land plans and described in the book of reference;\n(b) any lands, works or other property held in connection with any such HS1 property; and\n(c) any rights and obligations (whether or not statutory) of the Company relating to any HS1 property or any lands, works or other property referred to in this paragraph.",
