# The Stonestreet Green Solar Order 2025, Paragraph 45: Arbitration

Extent: E+W+S

Any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and the utility undertaker under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and the utility undertaker, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 44 (arbitration).
