# The Stonestreet Green Solar Order 2025, Paragraph 72: Arbitration

Extent: E+W+S

Any difference or dispute arising between the undertaker and National Grid Interconnectors under this Part of this Schedule must, unless otherwise agreed in writing between the undertaker and National Grid Interconnectors, be determined by arbitration in accordance with article 44 (arbitration).
