# The Stop Now Orders (E.C. Directive) Regulations 2001, Regulation 1: Citation, commencement and extent


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Stop Now Orders (E.C. Directive) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st June 2001.
(2) These Regulations extend to Northern Ireland.
