# The Stop Now Orders (E.C. Directive) Regulations 2001, Regulation 3: Application of Part III of Fair Trading Act 1973 to Community infringements


The provisions of Schedule 2 to these Regulations shall have effect in place of the corresponding provisions of Part III of the Act in relation to Community infringements.
