  "heading": "Disqualification of members",
  "text": "If the Authority is satisfied that a member–\n(a) has without the permission of the Authority been absent from the meetings of the Authority–\n(i) for a period during which three such meetings have been held; or\n(ii) for a period of three consecutive months,\nwhichever of those periods is the longer;\n(b) has become bankrupt or made an arrangement with his or her creditors; or\n(c) is incapacitated by physical or mental illness from discharging the functions of a member; or\n(d) is otherwise unable, unwilling or unfit to discharge the functions of a member;\nthe Authority may declare his or her office as a member to be vacant and thereupon his or her office shall become vacant.",
