# The Stornoway Harbour Revision (Constitution) Order 2008, Paragraph 3

Subject to paragraph 7, every chair subsequently appointed under paragraph 1 shall, unless he or she resigns his or her office as chair or ceases to be a member, hold office for a period of three years.
