The Secretary of State makes these Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 12D(8), 12E(3), 12F(1), (9) and (10), 12G(2)(d), 12H(2)(g) and (7), 12M(7), 12O(4), 12U and 122(3) of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
