# The Strategic Planning Authorities (Spatial Development Strategy) Regulations 2026, Regulation 23: Copies of documents


(1) Paragraph (2) applies where a person requests from a strategic planning authority a copy of any document published by the authority as required by or under Part 1A of the 2004 Act.
(2) The strategic planning authority must provide a copy of the document to that person as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt of that person’s request.
(3) The strategic planning authority may make a reasonable charge for a copy of a document published as required by or under Part 1A of the 2004 Act.
