# The Street Litter Control Notices (England)(Amendment) Order 2007, Article 2: Amendment

In article 2 (prescribed commercial and retail premises) of the Street Litter Control Notices Order 1991, for paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b) premises used wholly or partly for the sale of food or drink for consumption on the premises,”.
