# The Street Works (Inspection Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Note: Explanatory note


(This note is not part of the Regulations)
These amendment Regulations provide for an increase in fee to £14.50 (previously £12.50) payable by undertakers for inspections of their work by street authorities under regulation 3(1) of the Street Works (Inspection Fees) Regulations 1992 (S.I. 1992/1688).
