# The Street Works (Notices) Order 1992, Article 1


(1) This Order may be cited as the Street Works (Notices) Order 1992 and shall come into force on 1st January 1993.
(2) In this Order:—
“enactment” means any enactment passed or made before the commencement of section 102 of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (not being a special enactment to which section 101(1), (2) or (3) of that Act applies).
