  "text": "(This Note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations correct defects in the definitions of “the Code”and “a road carrying more than 30 million standard axles”in the Street Works (Reinstatement) Regulations 1992 (S.I. 1992/1689) and add a definition of “standard axles”.\nThe Code of Practice entitled “Specification for the Reinstatement of Openings in Highways”is published by HMSO and may be obtained from their bookshops or by mail, fax or telephone from their Publications Centre, PO Box 276, London SW8 5DT (Telephone 071—873 8090, Fax 071—873 8200).",
