  "text": "Trade Unions\nMade 11th December 2023\nComing into force 12th December 2023\nThe Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 234B(1) and (3) and 234F(2)(b) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 (“the 1992 Act”).\nIn accordance with section 234F(1) of the 1992 Act, the Secretary of State has consulted such persons as the Secretary of State considers appropriate.\nIn accordance with section 234F(4) of the 1992 Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.",
