# The Structural Funds (Welsh Ministers) Regulations 2014, Regulation 4: Concurrent powers


The functions conferred on the Welsh Ministers by paragraph 4 of regulation 3 shall be exercisable by a Minister of the Crown as well as by the Welsh Ministers.
