Regulation 2 Increases to the prescribed basic and higher amounts

The Student Fees (Amounts) (England) Regulations 2004^f1 are amended as follows:

(a)

in regulation 4 for “£1225” substitute “£1255” and for “£3070” substitute “£3145”, and

(b)

in regulation 5 for “£610” substitute “£625” and for “£1535” substitute “£1570”.
