  "text": "The Student Fees (Amounts) (England) Regulations 2004 are amended as follows:\n(a) in regulation 4 for “£1255” substitute “£1285” and for “£3145” substitute “£3225”, and\n(b) in regulation 5 for “£625” substitute “£640” and for “£1570” substitute “£1610”.",
