  "text": "(1) The Student Fees (Amounts) (England) Regulations 2004 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).\n(2) In regulation 3 omit the definition of “academic year”;\n(3) In regulation 4 for “£1310” substitute “£1345” and for “£3290” substitute “£3375”;\n(4) In regulation 5 for “£650” substitute “£665” and for “£1640” substitute “£1680”.",
