# The Student Fees (Amounts) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2011, Regulation 2: Amendment of the Student Fees (Amounts) (England) Regulations 2004


(1) The Student Fees (Amounts) (England) Regulations 2004 are amended in accordance with paragraphs (2) to (4).
(2) In regulation 3 omit the definition of “academic year”;
(3) In regulation 4 for “£1310” substitute “£1345” and for “£3290” substitute “£3375”;
(4) In regulation 5 for “£650” substitute “£665” and for “£1640” substitute “£1680”.
