  "text": "(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Student Fees (Basic and Higher Amounts) (Approved Plans) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2012.\n(2) Regulations 1 and 2 come into force on 15th March 2012.\n(3) Regulation 3 comes into force on 1st August 2012.\n(4) Regulations 4 and 5 come into force on 1st September 2012.",
