Regulation 2 Amendment of the Student Fees (Approved Plans) (England) Regulations 2004

In regulation 8 (variation of plans) of the Student Fees (Approved Plans) (England) Regulations 2004^f1, for the words “within the period during which an approved plan is in force”, substitute “after a plan has been approved”.
