  "long_title": "This Order specifies what fees are to be payable by certain classes of students attending certain courses in the 2006/07 academic year. The 2006/07 academic year is defined as any academic year which has a start date between 1st August 2006 and 31st July 2007, inclusive. Subsequent academic years will be construed accordingly i.e. with reference to start dates during a 1st August to 31st July period.",
